Submission Guidelines

We welcome submissions that align with our mission to explore bold ideas, interdisciplinary research, and systems leadership. All submissions will be reviewed by the editorial board before publication.

For Articles

Length:

New Views: 600–900 words

Deep Dives: 1,500–2,500 words

Format: Submit as a Word or Google Doc. Include a title, subtitle, and short author bio (50 words max).

Style: Use clear, engaging language. Cite sources where relevant. Avoid jargon or explain it simply.

Focus: Content should relate to one or more Villars Review themes (e.g., systems thinking, planetary boundaries, nature-positive solutions, emerging technologies, intergenerational collaboration).

For Videos:

Length: 2–8 minutes

Format: Submit in MP4 format or provide a Vimeo/YouTube link.

Accompanying Text: Include a title, a 1–2 sentence summary, and speaker/creator bios.

Content: Videos may include interviews, explainers, short documentaries, or visual storytelling related to Villars Review themes.

All submissions must be original and not published elsewhere. Final edits may be made in collaboration with the editorial team.
